We believe disruption creates opportunity. Ruminating on what should grow out of this time of adversity for the performing arts, the creators of Art Bath NYC realized that what many artists and audiences need is a platform that is small but mighty. Even before the pandemic locked us out of theaters and rehearsal studios, the scale and commercialism of many art institutions hindered our ability to connect with our audiences, take creative risks, and build community around art.
The creators of Art Bath are raising funds to compensate performers, and to cover production, rental, labor, and permit fees. We are also committed to keeping our ticket prices accessible so that artists, students, and members from all backgrounds can easily attend.
